American educators today are charged with preparing the nation’s youth to compete globally. According to the 2014-2015 Global Competitiveness Index, 7.8% of the population believe that an inadequately educated workforce is among the most problematic factor for doing business in the United States.
What are we doing to ensure that children, regardless of race or economic status, are adequately prepared to be both Nationally and Globally Competitive??? Microsoft executive Cameron Evans asserted that schools must cultivate four major skills in order to prepare children for global success: creativity and intuitive design, narrative building and storytelling, cultural context and empathy, and the ability to redefine old ideas.
The PrOOF Project, Inc. is dedicated to cultivating quality educators that are ready to answer this call. Educators who are connected, supported, and prepared to work together to change the face of urban education.
In every professional field, the stronger your network is the more access you will have to information, job opportunities, and support. We want to make the life of educators FUN again! A happy educator is an effective educator and an effective educator changes lives! Therefore, the PrOOF Project provides a variety of networking opportunities that allow educators to transmit information, form relationships, and garner support from other educators.

The PrOOF Project utilizes innovative training methods to host engaging, interactive professional development sessions. The format of our sessions moves away from the “one all-knowing facilitator” and encourages each participant to train and be trained. Our sessions aim to foster genuine collaboration among educators and provide realistic learning experiences that can be immediately used in the classroom. Workshops can be privatized for school-based training or join our mailing list to stay abreast of upcoming workshops!
